What is the Print on Demand system?
Print on Demand (POD) is a production model where products are made to order. This means that each item is created specifically for you after the purchase is made, which allows for customization and avoids overproduction.
2. How does the checkout process work?
When you place an order in our store, your product is manufactured and printed according to your selected designs. Once ready, the product is shipped directly to your address. This process ensures that each item is unique and made with attention to detail. Keep in mind that it is very important to put the complete address without errors, it is advisable to check in Google Maps in case you have doubts about the complete shipping address data. If you enter a wrong address, we can resend the order with an additional cost for the new order handling.
3. What is the production and shipping time?
Production time usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but generally ranges from 7 to 20 business days. We will notify you when your order is shipped.
4. Can I make returns?
Due to the custom nature of Print on Demand products, we only accept returns in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with photos of the product to assess the situation through this contact link
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. Our team will offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preferences. It is important that you send us clear photos of the damage or error to expedite the process.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several methods of payment, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. We guarantee that your data is protected by SSL encryption technology.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders to most countries in the world. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
8. Can I cancel or modify an order?
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will go into production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact us.
10. Is it safe to shop at your store?
Yes, your security is our priority. We use advanced technologies to protect your personal information and we guarantee that we work with reliable suppliers.
11. Is Milei store available in all countries?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.
